With a lyrical understatement on a par with Mika releasing a single called ‘I’m Pretty Irritating’, Panic prove they were always more than just a pretty haircut. Out goes glitchy, techno-emo and in comes bouncy, Supergrass-esque Britpop, radiating summer warmth and happily vague optimism. You might wonder how many of their fans are still listening, but they don’t sound like they care.

This is a very lyrical track made by a now more folky/60's minus emo/eyeliner band - Panic At The Disco.With this track it proves that PATD have dropped the exlamation mark and picked up the more relaxed approach to music. Now less like their friends Fall Out Boy, they have dropped the hard guitars and drums and given a softer, cheery song that (even though it is quite cheesey) it gives fans the 'we are who we are and we like it' message.

With the releasing off Pretty. Odd. Panic AthThe Disco are back minus emo and eyeliner. This track and 'Nine In The Afternoon' sound very similar to Super Furry Animals 'Something 4 The Weekend'. It shows the more lyrical (if not repetitive) side of PATD. A great song to start off the summer and PATD seem as if they don't care about being different to the popular bands of today.

Erm, what's with "Chazzac5f6"? Anyways, their new stuff has actually turned me on (musically!) to them. I hated all that early emo B.S. and I'm really digging this new stuff. Yeah, it sounds like the Beatles' Sgt. Pepper years, but so what. It's fun, catchy and melodic... just how I like it!

Good new release from the boys. Just as good as Nine in the Afternoon, and just shows how extreme musical direction change can make a band better. Love the album too.
