I’m Good I’m Gone

‘I’m Good I’m Gone’ synthesises everything that makes Lykke’s Scandi-pop so addictive. There’s her choppy chord sense, which hovers over you like a sunbeam, her love of chalky, spaced-out percussion and a chorus that could slay from 1,000 decibels away. “I’m breaking my back but it’s all good” she purrs, with a certainty that’s impossible to disagree with.
