Kasabian: Me Plus One

If you are at a loose end and want to while away a few hours, then one fun way to do so is putting on Kasabian’s ‘Empire’ – the single, not the album – and singing The Timelords’ comedy-glam-house hit ‘Doctorin’ The Tardis’ over the top of the chorus. It fits perfectly! Another thing you could do is slap this on, it being one of the superior tracks on a superior album by a band whose faint ludicrousness never outstrips their essential aceness.
