Pump

Glasgow’s Errors are a deceptively cheery bunch. Despite being constantly namechecked alongside fellow Scots Mogwai there’s not a dour look or delay pedal in sight here. Nope, not a whiff of post-rock angst. Instead ‘Pump’ is like a pre-‘Phil and the girls’ Human League, a beautiful, seven-minute chip of lo-fi techno distilled from the factory of Casio and Commodore.
