Epic Last Song

The Timmy Malletts of new rave (actually, everyone involved with new rave looks like Timmy Mallett) return to clonk you over the head with a big rubber hammer marked ‘GEDDIT?!’. All bands stick a long, pretentious track at the end of their albums. DIOYY have subverted this by calling their epic last song ‘Epic Last Song’! DO YOU SEE?! Except it sounds like a rubbish Bloc Party. Guess the joke’s on us.

What? If anything Does it Offend You Yeah are a hell of a lot more original than 'A Weekend in the City'-era Bloc Party (Their remix of 'Prayer' being better than the original too)
