Presumably the "Old Skool" bit refers to the practice of building a song around a sample from Rob Base and DJ E-Z Rock's '80s rap classic "It Takes Two", rather than the playground name calling. "Why you rollin" with that pussyole? You know that he's a pussyole", demands our Dylan in a catchy but charmless chorus that may or may not be about his old mate Wiley.
