White Lies have announced the title, tracklisting and release date for their debut album.

The band have told NME.COM that 'To Lose My Life' will be released on January 12.

Recorded this summer at ICP studios in Brussels and in London, the album was produced by Ed Buller (Pulp, Suede) and Max Dingel (The Killers, Glasvegas).

A single, the album's title track, is released on January 5.

The tracklisting for the album is:

saw them at a one day festival this year and walked out after 3 songs....terrible live and just sounded like another Joy Division rip off who weren't as good as Interpol but, admittedly, a little better than Editors. Emperors new clothes...

.......i seem to recall these on Jools....digitaldave, correct in every way, very bad Joy Division...and what's the deal with Editors anyways ???....they are just truly awful...

Well these guys are very young so at least give them a chance yeah? Remember that Joy Division were once a strictly average punk band called Warzaw who had obviously heard a Doors album or two!
