God-fearing version of 'Guitar Hero' launched

Play along to Christian rock bands with axe-wielding computer game

A Christian version of computer game 'Guitar Hero' is set to be launched in the US.

Called 'Guitar Praise' - and not affiliated with the official game - the PC/Mac game allows players to jam along Christian rock bands rather than the usual array of mainstream acts.

"Grab the guitar and play along with top Christian bands! Shred those riffs or blast the bass…you add a unique sound to the solid Christian rock," declares the blurb on Digitalpraise.com. "you'll soon be rockin' with the best while praising the Lord!"

The game is set to retail for around $99 from September and a list of songs included can be found at Digitalpraise.com.

How depressing. Stop buying products from this company and burn down churches immediately. Stop 'em before they spread.
