Pigeon Detectives kick off mini US tour tonight

The Pigeon Detectives will tonight kick off a select number of dates in the US and Canada, including a stop at the Virgin Festival in Toronto this weekend.

The band will perform an intimate set at the Music Hall Of Williamsburg in Brooklyn tonight, with shows to come in Boston, Chicago, San Francisco and Los Angeles.

The tour will support the release of their new EP ’This is an Emergency’, slated to be released September 9.

The dates are:
Brooklyn, NY Brooklyn Music Hall of Williamsburg (September 3)
Boston, MA Great Scott (4)
Toronto, ONT Virgin Music Festival (7)
Chicago, IL Abbey Pub (9)

I agree with 'whatawasteroftime' but that's what seems to sell these days. watered down, indie music by numbers; ideal for an illiterate teenage generation that's too lazy and ignorant to know better.
