The Mighty Boosh stars will headline the London O2 Arena on December 17.
The show by the comedy troupe, featuring Noel Fielding and Julian Barratt, will follow their previously announced UK tour.
The London O2 Arena has a capacity of 17,000 and was where the NME Big Gig, featuring Manic Street Preachers, Kaiser Chiefs, Bloc Party, Klaxons and The Cribs took place in February.
Tickets for the event go on sale at 9am (BST) on September 12.
