Mark Ronson has introduced his new girlfriend to a host of musician friends, after taking her to dinner at The Ivy restaurant in London. After their meal, Ronson and his unnamed date visited Amy Winehouse at her house, where they had an impromptu jam with the singer. Also present at the session was Babyshambles' guitarist Mick Whitnall (Daily Mirror).

Noel Gallagher is set to co-host Russell Brand's BBC Radio 2 this Saturday (September 27) (The Sun).

Michael Jackson has ordered his songwriters to make his next album better than 'Thriller' (Daily Mirror).

Britney Spears' mother claims that the star was drugged by her former manager. Lynne Spears' says she believes Sam Lufti put prescription pills in the singer's meals (Daily Star).

A rubbish bin designed by Bono has sold for £16,000 at a New York charity auction. The bin contained unpublished lyrics from U2's next album (The Sun).

George Michael has fled Britain after his recent drugs bust (Daily Star).

Montenegro border guards seized 300 of Madonna's designer towels. The singer and her dancers use the towels after they come offstage, but officials were suspicious about the excessive number being brought into the country (The Sun).

Once again i see Mark Ronson's filthy, smug, repellent features learing out from my computer screen like a dirty old man who's just discovered you porn....I'll be frank, i'm upset. I hate the man almost as much as his music
