Band get the crowd moving early on festival's second day

Delays got Oxegen Festival-goers dancing early on as the second day (July 12) kicked off.

The band performed a set high on audience participation on the Green Room Stage under disco lights.

Throwing a series of mini-beach balls into the crowd, frontman Greg Gilbert encouraged those in the enthusiastic throng to get involved.

"Can we get a Mexican wave going? With noise?" he asked. "This is our half-hour so we want to connect!"

With the likes of 'Lost In A Melody', 'Friends Are False' and 'Long Time Coming' getting the growing crowd to move their feet, the quartet easily achieved their aim.

They wrapped things up with the tent occupants dancing, singing and clapping along loudly to 'Valentine'.

Delays played:

'Lost In A Melody'
'Drone'
'Panic Attacks'
'Friends Are False'
'You And Me'
'Long Time Coming'
'Valentine'
