Mystery Jets, Alkaline Trio, Slow Club for Liverpool Sound City - ticket details

Willy Mason, Niki & The Dove, Ghostpoet will also play the May event

Mystery Jets, Alkaline Trio and Slow Club have joined the bill for this year's Liverpool Sound City festival.

The festival, which takes place on May 17–19 across various venues in the city, has also added Michael Kiwanuka, Alt-J, Willy Mason, Ghostpoet, Niki & The Dove, Toy, The Jezabels, (ALT-J) and a number of others to its line-up.

Professor Green, White Denim and Death In Vegas are among the acts already confirmed for the Liverpool event.

Liverpool Sound City festival featured sets from Frank Turner, The View, Miles Kane, Lower Than Atlantis and Radiohead drummer Philip Selway in 2011.
