the laws are ridiculous really. another form of prejudice. i mean, i'm not an emo myself, and quite frankly i despise the culture (lol), but i don't think it's right to officially ban it. yes, there are these so-called "negative" aspects of emo culture - but emo-ness also encourages freedom of speech and expression and also creativity. i think the government has taken a step too far this time.
